I want to cancel just one of the two phones on my account.

You can't cancel the phone as you signed a credit agreement against it which says that you agree to pay the phone of over the length of the contract. If you mean the sim then you can cancel this once you have been paying for it for 12 months or more and to do this you would need to call Sky on 150.
