Cancelling an order

I ordered a new ipad on line, all went well until i got to page 4.  Well, there wasnt a page 4 and the order was confirmed.  It would go to my address which is currently vacent so it didnt give me the oppurtunity to change delivery address or collect etc.

 

I called sky and told them not to process the order as i was cancelling as per my 14 day period

 

DPD, tried to deliver this today. What part of cancel the thing wasnt understood. aaaaaahhhhhhhh

We are all customers here so can't help but other than to suggest that should you place an order again sometime then make sure you addess is correct before you start. I don't know the timings here but if DPD already had it then it might be it was to late to cancel, it should make its way back to Sky now so would be cancelled.
