I placed an order for a iPhone 14 pro max and an iPad. They refunded me £32 for the iPad and was supposedly refunding the £80 for the phone on the same day. I am still yet to receive the £80 after speaking to sky on the phone numerous times.

It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
