if you are still within 31 day cooling off period for new sim call sky on 150 to cancel it
if your outside the cooling off period give sky a call and see what they say but the likelihood is that you will have to pay for it for duration of minimum term
contracts don't end until you give notice to cancel it's the minimum term that expires

@SKY1992bf thank you! She is still within the 31 days. Will call sky tomorrow. She did only activate new SIM today (new phone ordered 8/12/23) after I noticed she was still being charged for both.
