Cancel my phone contract

I've cancelled my contract stak pack all done do I just wait now to send device back ? No information was given after these steps

Hi @Jp15  you can only send the phone back if you are in the 31 day cooling off period. If outside that you can't just send your phone back, you must pay the contract. If still in the cooling off period then call sky on 150 for information.

Cancelling the sim doesn't cancel your phone contract which explained above you can not do if you are past the cooling off period. If you are still within that time then call Sky on 150.
