Can you have more than one device?

Currently have a P30 Pro, 11 months left on my contract. 

This evening, attempted to Purchase a Samsung S22 Ultra, gone through all of the confirmation process, however, haven't had a confirmation email or purchase, so, I don't wish to do it again, incase of a lag, what I'm asking is, can you have two devices on contracts at the same time?

@Anonymous  You can have up to 5 devices and 7 sims under 1 account.

 

New orders can take up to 24 hours to be processed.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The reason you haven't had confirmation of the order @Anonymous is because checks are undertaken and these don't usually take place at the weekend so it might not be until Monday or Tuesday that this will come through.

No confirmation of my order.

Ordered myself a new mobile phone yesterday evening, around 6pm, almost 24 hours later, I haven't received any confirmation of stating I've ordered a new phone. 

I've spoken to agents, they haven't been any help. 

Does anyone know if my order would've went through? All credit agreements have been signed, etc.

The answer is what I posted yesterday for you @Anonymous , as you have placed the order at the weekend order confirmation should come through on Monday or Tuesday for the reasons I have already said !
