Very strange how I'm not able to view previous posts I've started or see responses to these.... anyway....
The answer I need is in the threads previously (I just can't remember) so will ask again.
Sky Mobile have confirmed they will be increasing my monthly bill payment by 43% from April, which is simply outrageous, so I need to call them.
However I now live abroad.
Can I still call 150 free from Cyprus to speak with them?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Yes, with an active dataplan.
Is there a way to receive these passcodes another way?
Not unless the institution sending them has an alternative. Some use email for example.

Hi @JNDY I believe 150 is free but look at this link and option 2 for another number to call for free.

you must have a discount ending to see that increase.

Re: Can’t view previous posts I’ve created or see replies when clicking on notifications???
Thanks for that.
One other question: I don't actually use any of my plan / package.
I only use my phone across WiFi for all messaging / calls and / internet access. For the last three and a half years I have used no data that is part of my plan.
Am I right in thinking I need a Sim card to retrieve OTP passcodes? Is there a way to receive these passcodes another way?
Do I still retain the same phone number without a Sim??
Ideally then I'd like to cancel, but, need a suitable alternative workaround.
Is Skype an option? Can I keep the same number if this works?

If the service your using is linked to your number then yes you need that sim to receive the OTP, there is no way around that without changing the number associated with the service.
