Can’t speak to member of staff about upgrading

Online upgrade doesn't let me upgrade stolen phone and iPads that won't work anymore I find automated service and online repetitive i would rather speak to someone...thinking of cancelling as I'm paying £133 a month for a terrible service no data

You would need to call Sky on 150.
