How do I sign my agreement online as it doesn't tell me where to sign or give me the ability to. Have cleared cache but still doesn't work. Any ideas?

Thanks for the link, but it still doesn't give me the option to sign anything, just says working on my first bill and when I try to track my order it doesn't say anything.
