Can’t set up direct debit

back in feb i changed banks and set up my new card on here and works for patents for my phone bill but won't let me set it up for direct debit, does anyone know why?. it worked perfectly fine with my old bank

Is your parents phone and yours on the same account or do you have separate accounts ?

 

If separate what happens when you try to change your payment details on your account via here:
