Can’t send texts or receive calls

I have been unable to send or make calls since yesterday, Sky network says there may be a problem with mast yet two other sky mobile phones are working perfectly. I have tried aeroplane mode and resetting the network but have had no luck, any ideas?

If there is an issue with your local mast then it might be what is causing the issue even if others appear to be working without any issues.

How can that be? As a household we have more than one sim
