Can’t send texts from Jamaica to the uk

I am currently on holiday in Jamaica and I have tried to text a message from Jamaica to the uk using my iPhone but it won't go through can someone help me as it's important that I send this text

As a rest of world location all phone activity is chargeable.

 

For a SMS it's 50p.

 

Do you still have spend cap available to send?  (As data is £2,160 per GB you may have already used it)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

i just put on a 50 pound spend cap not sure if that helps just dont no what to do
