Can’t see new sky mobile bill

My accounts are linked but it still won't show me my sky mobile bill on my account iv tryed to get hold of an agent on the chat but the bot just don't understand and tells me it's linked and sends me to a page with nothing on it and makes me start the chat again to in the end get sent to the same place and not get to talk to a real person and I still can't see anything to do with my sky mobile account
