Hi there, I need to access my sky mobile account but it isn't showing in the app. I have another device which is showing but my mobile is not. This has been the case since I started the contract. From what I've found elsewhere, it seems that my mobile may have been purchased under a different account to my other device, however I was sure I purchased it under the same account as my other device. I need both devices to be in the same account and on the app so I can view them. I need to access my mobile account urgently as I am out of data. Many thanks.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you call Sky @Joshua021 on the free 150 number from the mobile they can both roll the data for you and can look into the account issue.
