Can’t see anything on my account

Hi, I've been with sky over 5 years now, recently had new iPad, but since receiving it, I've not been able to see any of my products I have with sky mobile since, can only see old sky tv bills. But nothing else, so I can't even roll over any of my data etc, I've tried uninstalling the app but still the same. Even going onto sky website is still the same?

Also forgot to say, I've tried linking account but it says already done

It sounds like you're account is linked to an old Sky account, and not the one you want to see currently. You can follow these steps to fix it: How to unlink your old Sky account
