Hi,
Recently I was told by people from Denmark that they couldn't call me on my mobile. They tried using mobile and landline at their end but it seems the problem is at my end.
I've rarely received international calls ... until now ... the new company I work for is based in Denmark. It is important that people can contact me on my mobile (apart from Team, emails, etc. of course).
Is there any setting I need to change?
I can't seem to be able to speak to any human at Sky Mobile Support.
Any help would be much appreciated.

What's happening when you call Sky on 150? As with most large companies the start will be automated but stay on the line and don’t hang up if you’re prompted to.
