Can't receive calls when abroad

First time user so please be kind 😀.

I am currently abroad (Spain) and I am unable to receive calls.

1. I am able to make calls.

2. No issues with my data.

3. I have set up a spend cap.

4. I have a new phone which I am using my old SKY Mobile SIM card.

5. I have never been able to recieve calls when abroad since I have been with SKY mobile (over 5 years).The same problem occured when I was abroad (Cyprus) a couple of weeks ago.

6. I have spoken with SKY help who have been useless so far in rectifying.

7. My gut feeling is that there is an issue at the SKY end and not my phone (I may be wrong).

Any ideas would be really appreciated 🤞

Hi @Sherlocksdad  you are not the first to report issues in Spain. The only other thing I can suggest is try connecting to a different local network. What phone do you have ?

Hi, thanks for the reply.

The problem is not only occuring in Spain. It happened in Cyprus a couple of weeks ago, previously in Hungary and all other foreign countries I have visited.

My new phone is  Samsung S24 Ultra. Previously Samsung S21 5g.

You could try toggling between the settings here to see if it does anything @Sherlocksdad

Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming/Home
