I was on Vodafone before and since I joined Sky I'm not receiving calls or texts from any Vodafone users. No problems with other providers...
The problem was escalated to tehnical department but nobody is contacting me to tell what is happening...

There are no updates until now ... 3 weeks of waiting and nothing yet.

I'm having the exact same problem, it's scandalous. I reported the issue in December, still not fixed. If you hear of a potential fix, let me know. Thanks

Scandalous is a kind word to describe this provider .. I rang today and the case is closed for no reason and they asked me to do same useless things to try to fix it.
I will ring on Monday to end the contract. I had enough ...

I'm a Sky costumer now, why should I contact Vodofone? Sky should do that not me but they don't seem to be interested of solving this.
