Can’t pass the checkout for my online order

I have placed a product in my basket but can't go any further than the checkout just won't do anything just sits there and scrolls around

Hi @Nick218  if it won't let you place the order then the only option is to call sky so they can investigate and help you place your order.

This issue rears its ugly head every now and then iirc. Give Sky a call and an agent can place the order for you.
