Me too! it is so infuriating. i can't roll my piggy bank data or anything unless i call up. 

I've tried on Chrome, Safari, Edge, Internet explorer, from three different phones and from a laptop. Constantly get the same message. I can log into my account, but whenever i click on any of the links to manage it, i get the same message "whoops there's been an error". the pages do load, but within a second, they are redirected to the error page. Mine also has been going on for months and I'm getting fed up.

I'm fed up too. I've been on the phone to Sky 4 or 5 times about this and they have been no help. This forum was no help either. I think I'm going to have to move away to a different provider.

This is now happening to me when I go into the app and press manage it just takes me back to phones for sale I have no way of managing my account , piggy bank or bills, 

 

I have tried all browsers and the app with no luck , please can you advise how to fix this

I apparently have a solution for this but can't say I am pleased with what the sky team member told me I have to do....

 

if you've switched from the old sky (and perhaps had a sky go account so you could watch it in your phone or iPad) and now have sky glass - the streaming service, it messes up your account. Dont ask me why. I was told the only way to solve this was to contact customer services and provide them with a new email address to use with your sky account. I haven't tried this yet because I haven't figured out what's worse - not being able to properly manage my account, or needing to set up a new email address just for the purpose of sky. I like all my bills etc managed under the one email address.
