What's happening @Srh1978 and has this been working for you previously or are you new to Sky Mobile ?

This is happening to me also. I have tried iPad, computer and an iPhone to log in and link my sky mobile so I can manage it to no avail.

I've had my contract for months now and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I feel like I'm being conned. It's a joke I can't access anything

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Can anybody help me? I have sky mix for the data plan and I can't change it via the app or online. I want to change my data plan but it just says whoops there's been an error

Update - Spoken to Maz82kay, after a few checks, we found they needed to call and speak to our Sky ID team.  🙂
