I am having a similar issue - can't manage my mobile account via the My Sky app or using different browsers on the web. Every time I click on Manage, it reverts to phones and asks me to choose a new phone. It's infuriating!

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I am unable to manage my sky mobile account too. It keeps taking me back to the phones page. 

Can anyone help? Tried to contact Sky but I kept getting passed to the wrong department! I gave up in the end!

I can't access the Manage of My Mobile. I have been out of data for 3 days and want to add more but am unable to. Please can I get some help with this?

I can't access the ''manage my account' setting on the sky mobile app/website. 
I can't see my bill date, how much my bill is, how to change my data plan or why I've been overcharged.  
Is anybody else having this issue? 
I've had this issue for a few weeks now.

So am I. I can't access anything. If it's been going on since February how come sky haven't sorted this? It's important

They do this on porpuse so that you have to call them if you want to remove a service etc. Funny how its never an issue adding a service!

You seemed to have posted your comment on the wrong thread.  This is about managing, nothing about removing a service?

I am having this very same issue.  

 

I have also tried on my laptop, on other search platforms and on and off the app... help!
