Can't make phonecalls
I have a problem with my Sky mobile. I got through to someone online in chat over a week ago they were going to escalate the issue and someone was supposed to contact me since then I cannot get past the chatbot and I cannot make phone calls so I'm stuck my Sky mobile doesn't work it's affecting my business I'm losing money and I cannot get through to anyone

Did Sky suggest trying a replacement SIM card in case yours has developed a fault You will need to contact Sky to order one.
Incidently Sky mobile is a domestic service, not for business use.
