Can't make or answer calls,they can't hear me but on their end it goes in to my voice mail.

Every time I get a call and answer it it is silent but when people call me it isn't ringing just going straight to voicemail. I have full coverage. I have turned on airplane mode for a minute and turned it off made no difference. I have turned off phone for 15 minutes and turned it back on and still no change. Help......

Hi @Katea84  have you tried your sim in another phone ? If it's still the same it may be that the sim has developed a fault so call sky on 150 and ask for a replacement sim.

Yes I tried my SIM in husband's phone and it worked perfectly. Then when I placed my SIM back in my own phone it started working again. Haven't had a problem since.....thanks John

I am having the same issue but with an eSIM. Any ideas on what might be the problem? My other half (also in Sky Mobile/eSIM) is having the same issue. It's not a mic or speaker issue they work fine in other apps.

it's really annoying, so any ideas gratefully received (have tried restarting)
