My husband is also having the same issue with sky. He can't call out and whenever I try to call him it just gives me that message.

Can’t receive or make calls

Noticed in the last few days I can't make or receive calls in my sky mobile iPhone. Engaged tone when I dial out. Doesn't look like any mobile data is in play.. help!! Cannot work out how to speak to someone about this. All phone issues checked

This is an ongoing known issue so I have moved your post to the topic at hand on this issue. A few people have posted to say that rebooting their phone has fixed it for them so this might be worth a try.

Thank youvedy much. I tried that but not working. My husband, sitting beside me, is also on sky and has normal service.

 

I also tried to call them at 8.26pm but an automated message told me they are open till 9pm and to call back tomorrow. Puzzling, they should be open!

Can’t make or receive calls

I am getting missed calls on my phone but people calling are getting a message to say that they have dialed an incorrect number.  If I call back it just says call failed.

I am also unable to make any calls out as a phone call but can call out on WhatsApp.

I have moved your post into this thread discussing this issue. Sky are aware some customers are having this issue. It's being investigated. In the meantime switching your phone off and back on again is working for some.

Not receiving or making calls

I've been having problems making calls and receiving calls 

from my family members and work and friends 

i was told that when they tried phoning me it's saying this number is not recognised 

I've missed important calls 

for almost 5 days on and off

Mine wasn't working pretty much all morning, day and evening today. About 11pm I started getting missed call notifications, tried ringing out and it worked! No idea why. Throughout today ive tried turning my phone off and on about 7 times, tried putting it on plane mode a few times, turned wifi off a few times too and nothing seemed to worked. In the end I gave up and left it as it normally is, then it just started working for no reason, obviously im grateful but frustrated too as I missed a call from the hospital that ive been expecting!!!! They had to ring today of all days, so typical.

I'm having this issue. Can't make or recieve calls but can via Wsapp, using data. Only since recommended by sky to use E sim. So fed up. Tried replacement sim.
