This is also happening to me. It started yesterday, once I rebooted my mobile it was OK. However, this morning it's the same again. This really needs fixing. One reboot is acceptable as we all know how technology is, but again the following day - surely this is a bigger problem that needs looking into - definitely not a quick fix.

I am having the same problem, can't call my wife on her Sky mobile and she can't call me!!

Calls and messages not working

Calls and messages are not working this includes incoming and outgoing. On my number ending with 805.

It is being investigated by Sky as they posted earlier about this. Some people have said that rebooting their phones fixes it for them so if might be worth a go ?

My son and mum are on sky mobile and they cannot make calls out or receive calls.

we can't ring out and nobody can call us.

Have you tried rebooting your phone. Other than that Sky are investigating as per their earlier post.

I have been having the same problem, turned phone off and back on then I could make calls. Called Sky spoke to a useless AI initially then I said I want to terminate my contract so I was put through to a real person who said they needed to restrict my phone and then unrestrict. All seems to be working OK for now but if the problems return I'll be leaving Sky! I pay for a service I expect to receive it... simple! All those tied into contracts, if sky can't fulfil the service then you're entitled to end your contract!

I've lost the plot now. Apparently my case is being escalated to a back office but no replacement sim offered! However, got transferred to a lovely lady in the loyalty team about another matter and was moaning to her and she asked if I'd tried the obvious of looking at my mobile service in settings. Did so and it had 5G auto checked. I don't have the 5G add on. Anyway long story short, changed to 4G and phone now working. Not promising this is the fix, but it seems to have worked for me so far.

very big thank you going to her in a minute after 3 hours of getting nowhere with technical people.
