I turned the phone off and turned it on again - seems to be ok now - finers crossed 🙂

I just shut my phone down and it's let me make a call so I don't. Know if that's what need to do if it happens again I will post this again

I am having the same issue, I couldn't make calls, I've have two missed calls from my uncle and he said it came up my number ain't recognised so he assumed I changed numbers, my husband has just tried to phone me and it just didn't connect went off straight away, the same thing as when I tried to ring him. I thought my phone was broke 😭

I just turned my phone on and off and it started letting me make phone calls try that see if it works

I tried this , it worked straight away so I told my husband to phone me but he said twice it just went off didn't connect but then it connected on the third time. I'm hoping it's just been a glitch, I got 2 years left on my contract 😬

Hopefully to gets sorted I only got this phone about 3 months ago and I got about 2 year on this phone so hopefully it don't do it again all the best

Losing will live now.
Sky expert could not order new sim from our chat following my earlier post. Advised to call in. I finally managed to call 150. Then couldn't get text verification code, so had to redial. They asked me to go to network settings, obviously lost the call, now can't call 150, no landline and nobody else home!

I have just been on X and there's people saying they also having issues since the 20th but sky help saying there's no issues there end. I honestly hope this ain't going to be a ongoing issue.

Yeah I have 2 small businesses, I also have a disabled son who likes to know where I am so he rings me so thank god for what's app but it's not the point we pay a contract on our phone to ring ppl. I am going to try and contact sky and see what the hell is going on.
