My phone won't allow calls to anyone. I get the same message from all which says sorry the person you're calling is on another call. I have restarted my phone, reset network, removed sim and still no improvement

Me too. Keep getting incorrect number reply, even though it's my home landline. Same if I try to call my wife on her BT / iPhone number. Rubbish service Sky. Get it sorted please

I can receive calls but cant make any. It keeps saying incorrect number dialled. Is anyone else experiencing this in the Sunderland area

I have moved your post into this thread discussing this problem. Sky are aware some customers are having this issue. It's being investigated. In the meantime switching your phone off and back on again is working for some. Also see the post currently marked as the answer.

I can call other Sky Mobile numbers ( my wife) but other networks I just get call ended. Come on Sky sort this out.
