Needs fixing I e a disabled adult at a placement they must be able to contact me if he has a seizure!  Stressed mum

Is this via a Sky Talk landline phone that you are having these issues or a Sky Mobile phone ?

For some a reboot of a phone is fixing it so have you tried this ?

Both me and my partner are on sky mobile and experiencing the same problems...cannot call out...number not recognised! And people letting us know that they cannot phone us! Turning phone off and then back on fixes the problem for a while. I tried to phone my mum but it went straight to giffgaff voicemail, but she is not with giffgaff??? Don't know what is going on.

I also can't make calls to my family on sky mobile just says incorrect number, this is actually a serious safety issue

So a couple of hours after switching the 5G auto off and putting my phone on 4G, can't make or receive calls again. 
Sky need to tell their different teams to talk to each other, online chat tell you you need a replacement sim and phone in, you call and they tell you no you can't have it. What's going on?

Unable to call Husband

Why am I unable to ring my Husband. He is also on sky mobile and it says "sorry you've dialled an incorrect number" What's going off. Been like this for 3 days now.

There is an ongoing issue that is being t investigated by Sky as other people are also getting this same error.

Me and my husband can't make calls either we are all on sky mobile keeps saying "sorry youve dialed an incorrect number "

Sky are aware some customers are having this issue. It's being investigated. In the meantime switching your phone off and back on again is working for some.
