It's being investigated. In the meantime switching your phone off and back on again is working for some.

 

Also carry out the advice on the post marked as the answer.

Mobile doesn’t work outside my house

My phone has stopped working once I'm away from home. I'm unable to make or receive calls and I have no access to any apps. The settings say my WiFi isn't connected. 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sky Mobile issues

I cannot call my vet, the call fails immediately. They cannot call me either & had to use a private staff mobile. Another customer of there's has said there are issues with Sky Mobile. Can anyone advise what's happening. I would have hoped Sky would inform their customers

Your post has been moved into this thread discussing issues some Sky mobile customers are experiencing. 

Take a look at the advice on the post currently showing as the answer. It's being investigated. In the meantime switching your phone off and back on again has worked for some.

Thank you. I managed to call them and found out that engineers were on it. He read out to me a network reset fix that I now have in case of any future issues. And he put me in the update texts so that I will be advised when it's fixed. Good to know

Can’t call or receive calls

Been like this for days. When people ring me, it doesn't ring at all. And when I try to call someone it says they're on another line. Rlly getting on my nerves
