Mobile phone problems

Hi everyone,

This may help. The technical team checked my postcode and Sky are upgrading stuff in my area. They say that once it's complete it should rectify itself. They also say it's only a problem with the mast near me where they're completing the work so if I move out of the area it will work again. 
it may take up to 48 hours but this isn't likely. 
I have an iPhone and he also said every couple of hours to reset my network settings so when the work is complete the phone will start working again. 
Here's how to do that if you have an iPhone:

Settings 

General

Transfer or reset iPhone 

Reset 

Reset network settings (only choose network settings or you'll lose stuff on your phone) 

Enter passcode

(in red) reset network settings

Your iPhone will then update.

Been having the same issue with my son's phone, went on trouble shooting and we've tried a few things finally turned phone off then back on and it's up and running again

I've been told exactly the same today! I'm ng4 area but had the problem a few weeks but been worse the last few days, hope it resolves soon my calls cut off or I sound glitchy and the other end cant hear me

Is anyone's else's mobile not working. I can send or receive calls. Saying my numbers not recognised

Myself and my husband can't make or receive calls it just goes call ended to anyone we try and call

Yeh same here, can't even get through to sky to report it.

Same here in the North East of England. When I try to make calls it just says call failed.

I just restarted my phone and now it works again

Yes both mine and my wife's are saying number not recognised. According to sky there's a problem with a mast in our area.
