Been unable to make calls for 12 hours, sky saying there is no problem, I'm calling abroad which I am not, been asked what I want them to do followed by being told a phone mast isn't working but my phone allows me to call sky themselves who just won't help, can't cancel my phone as I'm unable to call the number to do this

If there is a mast issue then there isn't much that can be done until the owner (and this will not be Sky) fixes it.

Tells me there is no issues as did 6 of the 10 sky customer service advisors did too also can't use WiFi calling literally can only call 150 can't even ring 999 emergency number and that's worrying as I have sick child
