So I can't make calls or send sms. Everyone i
make a call all I hear is "sorry we can't connect your call right now". This has happened before, sky said a network issue but I've checked and done all the things they tell you to do. It's been 4 days now and I need my phone for work. I'm furious

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI take it you managed to contact them about this is that is what they told you. Did they suggest sending you a replacement sim to try, perhaps worth a try when and if you contact them again.

no replacement. This has happened before a few months back and phone was back working within a couple of days. Sky have not called me back again yet which is very very frustrating. I've done all the things like reset network, turn phone off and on, remove sim, WiFi on and off, airplane mode but nothing, still the same voice on every call. I can send iMessage but that is it
