Can’t link my sky id to my mobile account

Hi 

 

I've recently took out a mobile phone contract with you for an iPhone 13 and that is linked fine to my sky id. Yesterday I took out a contract for an iPad Air but I can't link it to my sky id. It's saying account is already linked but I can't see the order on my sky account. Any help would be great. Thanks

We are customers here but a message like that usually means that it has linked to a different account, perhaps a old closed one.

 

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
