It keeps saying no internet when I turn it off and switch it back on the Tv works

im connected to the Wi-Fi
it's a problem with the Wi-Fi it works when you not in the bungalow
but as soon as you come in the door things are not working
my daughter was at work and hers was working till she got in and then it dropped out within two minutes
she could not see the pictures in the TikTok shop and WhatsApp stated buffing
we always have bad signal with the TV buffing every so often but not usually the phone
