Can't get any services for mobile on the mysky app as account isn't showing

The mysky app was down the other day, and since the update my mobile account has disappeared!

 

It's says "join sky mobile", and when I try and link an account, I get the message "your account is already linked. I basically get sent around in circles.

 

Most frustrating part is, I switched to an esim and have upgraded my phone, I can't get my new phone up and running because of the above.

As it is saying your account is already linked are you signed in with your main Sky ID as you need to be with ?

Done this, but they still haven't resolved the issue, just some **bleep** about changing the email address on the account like that's going to do anything.
