Hello,

i want to complete my order that i got the agreement for it on 26th September but I can't find any product when I click on my order bottom in my sky account.. please help

What is it you are trying to do as it isn't clear from your post so are you trying to sign the credit agreement ?

I can't find the agreement to sign it, I got this agreement yesterday

Have you linked your mobile account to your Sky ID as per this:

Your credit agreement should be found in your message centre here under "Contracts":
