I have just ordered a Macbook on the phone, I have had an email to say I need to sign a credit agreement, but when I follow the links it just takes me to the shop?

Yes I have - it's the same as following my email link, takes me to the shop and not a credit agreement.

Apparently my new purchase is linking to an old account which is why I can't see it? They are getting back to me tomorrow, worth calling them to sort it out.

Find out moreTo see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
