Discussion topic: Can’t download latest software update

Trying to set up a new IPhone, switching from O2 to sky. Everything is ok with transferring data but as soon as it gets to updating to the latest software it downloads ok but freezes every time I try to install. Is this an Apple/phone issue?

Are you sure it is freezing or just taking a while as these Apple software updates are not the quickest to download and install, at least they are not on my iphone.
