Can't connect to network abroad

Currently in Lanzarote and have gone through all step by step in your guidelines and still cannot connect.

Can't call as have no network.

It is difficult to help if you have tried everything !

Although you don't have to do you have a spend cap set because if you do it needs to be high enough to cover your stay.

That apart have you tried searching for other networks to see if your device will connect and then work ?

Also make sure this setting is set to Abroad:

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Abroad..

Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Abroad.

Tried all of that and don't have a spend cap set, came out here in January and had no problem. The only thing that is different from then is that there has been a software update on my phone.
