Phones playing up sorry for any confusion
Iv been with sky for 2 months now and still cant get any mobile data on both of my phones
Try using these APN settings:
Mobile Data > Access Point Names > Create New Access Point...
Name: Sky Mobile Internet
You might need to delete the settings sent through to you by Sky.

The settings posted above are not for iPhones @RYANHOL1234 so for yours I would request them yourself, to do this use this device support link:

Yes since joining Sky from o2 2 weeks ago I've had no data connection at all other than for a few hours after endless phone calls and following instructions etc . All to no avail, can only use WiFi, think I may be going back to o2 pretty soon .
