Hoping someone can help. Both myself and daughter are with sky, we're in Spain and I haven't had any signal or data since we arrived - hers is working fine. I had no welcome email arriving in Spain and can't use data roaming. I've been through all the online help and nothing is working in those steps at all. I've been abroad previously and everything worked no problem. Couldn't connect to the chat with sky earlier to try to rectify the issue. Any thoughts what it could be?

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. Yes I had tried this and it didn't work. I finally got through to the online chat with someone today (after 24 hours!) and it has been resolved. In the end I had to go into settings/sim applications/roaming/home then go back into it and select automatic. I had previously selected automatic as from the help guide but it hadn't worked!
