Can’t connect to WiFi

My son is having issues with connecting to the homes wi-if.  There is no issues with myself or my husbands phone and we can connect to the wi-do with no issues. 

we have forgotten the network and tried to add it back on and it doesn't even come up or show on my sons phone.
