Things still the same, no landline access. Been in touch again with Sky using the 150 number. They say they need a further 5 days to sort it and my issue has been put on priority. This is really a hassle as i need to call landline numbers for health reasons. They have just sent me a handset configuration text which has made no difference as its not my phone at fault.

Posted by a Sky employeeHi All
I've had this today as well.
I've been able to call landlines in the past, however something's changed. I had to store the phone number in my contacts with 0044 and losing the leading 0 from the number, like I'm calling home from abroad. I didn't have to do this before. It's worked for me though.
Does it work for others? I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra on Android 14.
Let me know if this works for you please

I've just tried that and it works. I replaced the the first zero in my land line numbers with 0044. Thanx for that. Now are sky going to charge me extra for the call treating it as an overseas number to the UK????. I will contact Sky again tomorrow to inform them of this fix cheers

I think i'll not call landlines till I confirm with Sky This has been stressful enough without the additional call costs they could possibly bill me for.

Posted by a Sky employeeYou're not roaming from out with the country, therefore there isn't a charge involved.
What device are you using? Android or Apple?
Do you have a recollection of getting any updates that mentioned a carrier update?
