Can't call 1800 in Ireland

Hi there, 

 

Any possible reason I can't reach 1800 number from my Sky mobile. It's a free NGN number. It works no problem from my other Tesco number.

Have the same problem can't ring certain land lines either.  Can't text premium competition numbers either. No customer support to sort it out.... (Removed)
