Can't activate new SKY SIM

I have logged in multiple times to sky.com/activation , as instructed , but keep getting the message 'oops theres a problem'

I also tried the SKY chat - useless. And tried phoning but when I press the instructed number for mobile activation it doesnt get me through to someone .

You will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” might be the number to use:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.


Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.

When did you activate it ?

Can you make calls, sent text messages or use mobile data ?
