I already have a mobile contact for my sons phone on my account and now I've decided to move to sky also. I've ordered a new sim and it's arrived however I can't activate it. The sim is not listed on my account? Please help!

When you ordered this sim did you order it on the same account that your son's sim is on as usually the reason why an additional one doesn't appear is because it wasn't ordered on the same account. Using your sons phone call Sky on 150 as they can both look into what account it is on and they should be able to activate it for you.

Followed every step and it won't activate. Asked sky to send me a new sim card. Otherwise I,m paying for something I can not use
