Receievd my additonal sim, but it's not showing on my account to activate. Help please?

I'd suggest giving Sky a call (150 from your working mobile). Did you order fro the web whilst logged in with your Sky ID ? I did this last week additional phone and sim. For some reason rather than adding it to my existiing account they created a new account. I've had to return that phone and i went through ordering on the phone.
