hi, i ordered a brand new ipad and data plan last week, when i try to activate this sim it takes me to my iphones sim and doesn't show my ipad in my devices

any ideas how to fix this?

Hi @Strachanator call sky from your other sim, free on 150 and they will activate it for you.
