My phone was stolen so I requested a replacement Sim, which I now have in my possesion.
I put the SIM into my phone and followed the steps to activate it so that I could begin using the contract I am paying for. No matter how many times I refresh the browser, try from different browsers of different devices, the final page when I click to activate goes blank.
Whenever I try to open a live chat, i get the same message: your phone was paused due to failure to pay a bill - which is odd, because I have paid and continue to pay?
I just want the sim card to work and would appreciate if a human could get in touch. I cannot call because I do not have a phone to call. The customer service is extremely frustrating, so can someone please advise how I can use my phone!
